Hi, I’m Alex Maton, founder of Alex Maton Performance. As a former academy football coach with a Sports Science degree, I’ve spent my career helping people push past their limits and achieve their best. My qualifications include:

  • Level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer Certification

  • Level 4 Sports Nutritionist

  • EXOS Performance Specialist Certification

Through a combination of fitness expertise, nutritional knowledge, and a personalised approach, I’ve helped countless clients transform their health and performance.
