Welcome to Alex Maton Personal Training. By booking services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your rights and obligations, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

1. General

  • These terms apply to all personal training services provided by Alex Maton Personal Training.

  • By booking a session or package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  • These terms may be updated periodically, and any changes will be communicated to clients.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed by Alex Maton.

  • Payment is required prior to the session or as per an agreed package plan.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions cancelled within the 48-hour window will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

  • If a session is cancelled by Alex Maton, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

4. Session Terms

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their sessions. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time, as sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or other relevant health information prior to starting training. This ensures sessions are tailored safely and effectively.

  • Alex Maton reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client’s health or behaviour poses a risk.

5. Packages

  • All session packages must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions beyond this period will not be refunded.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon.

6. Liability

  • By participating in personal training sessions, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks.

  • Alex Maton Personal Training is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained during sessions, except in cases of negligence.

  • Clients are advised to seek medical advice before beginning a new exercise program.

7. Online Coaching

  • Online coaching packages include access to custom workout plans, guidance, and virtual check-ins.

  • Clients must adhere to the provided guidelines and consult with Alex Maton regarding progress or concerns.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal information collected during consultations or bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
